I think I would call the closest scrap yard for the price they would pay, determine the weight of the tractor and use that to negotiate with. I suspect about $350 to $400 at pure scrap price. I think I recently saw one of these auctioned off in a salvage row for about $375...this was for parts salvage not meltdown and was very restoreable. I hope you can give it a good home.
