4010 clutch

When i let out the clutch pedal, it won't move. Are the clutch's hydraulic and could this be caused from low fluid or is the clutch worn out most likely. How big a job is replacing the clutch? When you first start the tractor you have some lock up for a minute or two. Also when pulling a hill in 5 or 6 gear the tractor starts to slow and not move forward but the engine barely pulls down.
