Looking at tractor tomorrow-- need some help and pointers!!

HI- I am looking at buying a 1936 Farmall F-12. I am supposed to go give it a look tomorrow. He is holding it for me. It has newer paint, new front tires, good 11x8x32 rears, steering, brakes and clutch are tight, new manifold, new magneto, no dents, rims are spoked and are cut down steel, doesn't smoke, no oil leaks and starts in 3 cranks. The guy has $1200 invested and is selling for $800. Can you tell if there is anything I should check? Is it worth buying for that price? Can I get my money out of it someday? Is it worth having? If you have any input, please help!! Thanks!!
