It's most likely an external crack. I'd just fix it and drive it. It's always a bind to get burned a bit. I don't understand why sellers do it. I could never believe a man would buy a tractor, come here to get it and NOT look it over. I try to under-describe everything I sell so no one's feelings are bent out-of-shape! I would rather have a satisfied customer than an an unhappy one. It's only money...and there never seems to be enough of it. Good luck with that old war horse...
