Leroy, what type of email do you use? As far as the spam folder it has a setting of how often to auto delete emails in it. Usually by dates, it may be set to dump anything 3 months old or some such thing or it may go so far as dumping the spam box nightly. If you want to move items out of spam you would probably want to create a folder for them that would hold them indefinitely or until you decide to delete it. Just do a web search for whatever you want to do such as ..move email from spam to inbox in Gmail or create a new folder in gmail.. doing this will probably get you the answer you need. Those were just examples, I used Gmail but you will have to use your email providers name. Moving mail on most email programs is usually done by selecting the item or items you want to move and then selecting where you want them to move to from a drop down list.
