It looks like you have 5 posts now. I think you should be good to go.
If you're not on modern view, switch to it. Then scroll down below the box where you're typing your message. It will say "upload photos/videos", and below that will be a little box that says "Choose Files". Click that. It should take you to where the pictures are on your computer. Find the one you want and double click on it. It should show up beside the little box and say that it is uploading. Wait till it is finished-sometimes takes a couple minutes. It will tell you when it is done. then go back up and click "preview" and see if it is what you want. If it is, click "submit" and you're done!
There are some limits on how large the photo can be--I'm not sure what those are. You can ask down in "Site comments" if necessary. But just try it first. If it works, then no problem.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo and video filesizes should be less than 8MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
