I took him my dads'75 Chrysler Imperial that used a quart of transmission oil in 200 miles.
He fixed it for $50. The O ring on tranny fill tube was gone. He could have easily have charged me for a transmission rebuild. $50 was the charge for an oil and filter change back then. That act of honesty earned him my total respect and my business.
