I first saw such a device in Farmshow some years back. Can't remember now if it was the featured item or something else I'm thinking of, but seems like the one in Farmshow actually secured itself to the rear of your vehicle. Meaning, it would not require a license plate, as it would be considered a part of the towing vehicle. ...Will probably remember everything in a couple of days, when you folks are no longer interested. *lol*
If I'm remembering correctly, the device in the article attached to rear of vehicle, essentially giving the vehicle another axle. I believe it could pivot up and down, but did not pivot on a ball like a trailer would.
