Several years ago, we rented a Deutz-Allis air-cooled diesel, during planting season, when our AC 200 broke down. We pulled a JD 8-row planter, with the 200, and the D-A had about 20 less horsepower than the 200, but it pulled that planter like it was nothing (It did have FWA). Also used about 1/2 the fuel that the 200 does.
