Considering nearly all the parts for both companies are made in the same country, if not the same factory, you would think that they would interchange easily. If it were me I would just drill or slot the holes on one or the other to make it work. A 1/4" is easily manipulated and as snugly as those centers fit I don't think anything could work loose. Either way you go I would have to paint the rims as I would not want to advertise resorting to John Deere parts to get my Ford or any other brand for that matter up and running. My 2 cents
