My Grandfather Truman Jackson of Hawesville,KY invented the 3point or Eagle/Hydraulic Hitch for tractor farm implements in the 1940's. He took his invention to Case, who - as I've been told - flew him to Chicago several times, struck a deal with him for a percentage of World wide sales and then subsequently made some very minor changes to his original drawings/plans and,in fact, actual working model and paid him nothing. He sued and after many years, and much money, he finally gave up in frustration and his inability to fight the Big Corporation. I as one of his last surviving heirs now wish to take up the fight, however; all of his records have been lost since his death. If any of the readers of this board have information concerning this matter please contact me. Thank you, Robert McMillan
