Well, this AM I tried swapping batteries to no avail. Checked connections some more. Checked voltage drop some more. Eliminated Hydraulic pull down by draining fluid. Then the proverbial light bulb came on. I had adjusted the number one band in the SOS just prior to the start of the problem, as opposed to after the onset as I was thinking. I loosened the band and it cranked nicely. I finished bleeding the pump and it started. I know you guys are all calling foul because I didn't mention the SOS. Well I left that part out purposely because I posted a few days earlier and got Zero responses. Now I can get the SOS warmed up, change the oil and adjust the bands with it up to temp as the manual says. Thanks for all of the responses
