we had 25 chickens that free ranged, one day in particular the birds were all spread out and pecking away when all of a sudden one would start running from point a to point b as fast as they could and all 25 of them would do it with no rhyme or reason
they did this for 2 days they would go back in the coup normal at night but during the 2 days they run around like their heads were cut off my wife tells me later she had given them stale sugar coated cereal couple days before........
