: How old does a tractor have to be to call it: 1)"Collectible" or 2) "Antique"?? Help me out folks, I have a 6-pack riding on the concensus answers you post. You want consensus? Hope you realize you won't find it here. My dividing line for antique tractors is probably pre-WWII. So many were scrapped for the war effort. A classic, on the other hand is approximately pre-1960, when most of the features we would expect to find on a modern tractor, such as live PTO, full hydraulics, locking differential, more than 4 speed transmission, power steering, etc, became commonplace.
