Was going to say it's easy to find bolt on pins with a longer pin length, but your plow design isn't bolt on pins maybe?
The issue is the combination ball they used on that three point are both cat 1 (smaller holes) and cat 2 (bigger holes) so it can fit both cat 1 and cat 2 size implements. That is good, gives you options, but you run into stuff like this thrn too. The balls are a little bigger around than simple cat 1 hitch, so you need longer pins on the implement. Usually easy to replace, but yours looks like a bigger welded together shaft, not simple bolt on pins easy to replace?
I've never used draft control in my life, you should be able to plow fine once you get the pin deal solved.
