Hi Bryce. You are to be admired for your determination, But there is a flaw with your no finance plan. I'm 41 Paid cash for all i own and ended up with no credit rating. Now might be a good chance to start one if you can or don't have one, just don't go crazy over spending on iron or other toys and loose the lot, like some of the oil guys in Canada are at the moment. I had a heck of a time getting a $500 limit credit card even. When i talked to the bank they basically said, yes you have good accounts and never been in the Red, but we'd prefer you to bring us money we can lend to anyone else other than you. Yeah that's kinda helpful when you find an ideal machine, that can earn money $10.000 less than I can import it, and I was $10.000 short even if over due customer bills got paid the day it was buy it now on Ebay L.O.L. Regards Robert
