I don't know the desired torque value, but I suggest that you look in the appendix of any auto repair manual for a good "ball park" estimate. Go by the bolt size, and they usually have a chart that tells you the recommended torque. Torque should ALWAYS be done COLD. After all, would you start up an engine when the head is not torqued? That would be a sure formula for a blown head gasket. Bolts may be recommended to be re-torqued after warmup.
