After looking at Larry's picture of his pond fish; thought I would post some pictures of a fishing trip Monday.
This camp is 25 miles from the closest road or electricity pole. Talk about living off the grid.
Was fishing next to a gas well in a bay just off the Gulf.
Got into a school of nice trout.
Caught the state limit of 25 in a little over 2 hours and was headed back home. Took almost as long to run the 50 miles from and back to the dock as it took to land the fish.
Maybe if I can get some land clearing done for my daughter with my tractor I can get a return trip in this Friday. Love this time of year.
