You will need Adobe Reader to read or down load the older parts books. There are many places you can down load the Adobe Reader read only program for free.
If you do have Adobe Reader and are having trouble it might be the speed of your Internet connection. If you are on dial up it will time out before you get the whole parts book down loaded.
IF you get it to down load then save it to a folder on your computer and you will have it even off line for future use.
