The sad part is that the guy who cut your fence considers himself to be a productive contributor to society. I'm sure he feels he worked hard for what he has and has nothing nice to say about people who do nothing but sit around and collect government money. He probably says "Government Motors" a lot too.
What this guy doesn't understand is he is just as much of a taker as any of the people he derides. He's completely oblivious to what he's done and sees nothing wrong with it. He has no idea that the fence belonged to someone, and was there for a reason.
Bet if you chased a deer on to his property, shot it, and knocked down a section of this little white picket fence to extract it, he'd be fit to be tied.
