The father tells his son to go back and get more details on the tough winter. The son returns and says the chief said a very bad winter, so they put up more hay. Finally the father decides to go himself and ask the chief. The chief tells him worst winter ever. the father asked how he knows this. The chief points to the valley and says "Farmer put up much hay"
