My hometown, Seward, NE, goes berzerk on the Fourth of July. Normally population 7,000, they estimate they bring in 30,000 to 40,000 visitors.
They have everything from an antique auto show, antique tractor show, the entire courthouse square covered with crafts, clog dancers, belly dancers, (really!), pie eating contests, and the list goes on. I can't begin to name it all here. It all ends with a parade at 4:00pm and fireworks at 10pm.
Here are some of the highlites of the parade.
