I smoked my last on Feb 7 2001. I didn't want to quit because I worried that I would always feel like I needed to smoke one. Kinda like a permanent cig jones. It turned out quite the opposite. The permanent feeling is like I had just smoked one. I feel great. All the time. When i wake up, when I go to bed, after meals. I have run 2 2milers, 1 5K, and three triathlons since including all the training up to these events. Get ready for food, cause it tastes tons different without the coffin nails.
Good job on making the decision just never go back and think you can smoke one, cause ya can't.
