I bought a Kaufmann single wheel tandem axle gooseneck with a 20' bed and a 4' beaver tail this winter. I kept looking for a single wheel trailer with 8000lbs axles. As it truns out this trailer GVWR is 18,000 lbs. It looks like a really well built trailer. It has load range F tires. Didn't know made load range F tires. Until now load range E is the highest I had seen in a 16" diamter wheel. Anyway it has almost no miles on it, less than two years old, never seen salt, and I bought it for $4400. I have olny used it once but it pulls real nice. So my question is two fold one. Is there something I need to watch out for with a load range F tire? Has anyone had any issuse with a Kaufman trailer?
