I hauled a load out of JJ Snack Foods in Pennsauken NJ one time. Took a day of sitting on a streetside in Philly to get it, and they still wanted it delivered at the same time. Got there, it was a floor load, stacked to the ceiling. Cost more to have it unloaded than the load paid. It was one of the last we pulled out of there. It literally would have been cheaper to run home empty from Philly to the far corner of PA that day.
