several options, mostly it depends on how your going to use the trailer,ie; if the trailer is for your show tractor / car you will use it occasionally and you may want a nice floor, like the trailer below, if its a frequent user, you can either paint it with exterior paint with a roller, coat it with used crankcase oil , witch will last longer and protect better, as it soaks into the wood or even use one of the pickup bed liner products although this is expensive, and in my personal opinion, it makes for a slick trailer floor if its wet when your trying to load a vehicle or machine onto it
