I realise this question is way off topic but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. I have a 1993 Four Winns boat that hasn't been started in about 5 years. Boat was properly winterized when it was stored. Engine is a Ford 302 multi port injected with OMC Cobra outdrive. I removed the old fuel from the gas tank which was pretty ripe. Replaced the fuel filter and added 10 gallons of fresh fuel. Tried starting the engine but with no success. Boat has a electric fuel pump. Disconnected the discharge line from the pump and started the pump. Pump appears to be OK. Checked spark plugs and distributor cap. Both OK. When I try to start the engine at full throttle it will run for only a few seconds which makes me think it is a fuel starvation problem and not a ignition problem. I am leaning towards faulty fuel injectors but having eight bad injectors at the same time seems odd. Not sure if there are any other componets between the fuel pump and injectors that could be causing issues. Any other ideas or help would be greatly appreaciated. Sorry for the long post.
