Now I understand what you are saying. A couple of years ago I purchased one of those WaldoWorld cards for a teen-age son to use to buy music online or games or other items from the Playstation Store online after the Sony Playstation folks had a massive breach of credit card data and I didn"t want to risk compromising a real credit card at such places.
Found out those cards are WORTHLESS at many on-line sites or even in the real world "cuz MANY places online or in the real world will NOT accept the pre-paid Wally-Toy cards, only those linked to a bank account. A friend found that out as well when he loaded some $$ onto one of them and went on a trip out of state expecting them to be accepted at gas pumps. In many cases, WRONG, there as well.
WaldoWorld sure ain"t shy about sucking their monthly fees out of any balance you have left on those cards, though, and if you let them drain one dry, then put $$ on them a couple of months later they immediately suck out fees for the first couple of months you had no money on it/didn"t use it. NO more of that for me!
I mentioned this a my local credit union and they were real familiar with that issue and wanted to set me up with a REAL debit card linked to a separate account that I could fund as needed. Instead, a use a low-limit credit card for online transactions and pay of the purchases immediately with a transfer to the credit card from a bank account. Puts a credit card co. between your bank account and any fraud.

Although he himself has never actually owned or restored a tractor, he was always enthusiastic and always around helping with other peoples projects.
