Ya don't mount a Diesel engine on a stand by the flywheel housing they mount from the side of the block. They are not a car or pick up engine and were not talking noting mre then a big block here , we are talking and engine that weights in excess of 2500 lbs and up . And each engine MFG. has a mounting plate for that engine and where it mounts on the side of the block then adapts to the stand .
