I agree with what your saying 1000%, so I'm not trying to be a smart azz her, but the biggest problem is that everyone will get on a site like this and vent their frustrations to everyone in the world. What they neglect to do is get on the mfg's site and vent to them. If EVERYONE having a problem would go to the mfg's site and clog their email (or snail mail) boxes with their complaints, tell them your not going to buy their product if they don't make come changes, then maybe something would get done. Like my grandpa used to tell me when I'd shake my head, "I can't hear your brains rattle". Same goes here, if the mfgs don't hear from the consumer they have no reason to ever make any changes.
