On the whole I think most people try to give good solid advice. Some talk when they should be listening! Oh there is always the guy who comes on a little strong, but newbie / wannabe weldors need to understand on the job site people never sugar coat anything! Never heard of a weldor wearing pink under pants! It's a tough job, people who set behind a desk all week then want to play “Bob the Builder” on the weekends just don't get it! :wink:
