The thing that amazes me is that even with no care at all,some machinery is so well built that it could possibly run for 20 or more years.That's why,I believe that if you maintain equipment the proper way,it may last your lifetime.The best thing to do is fix things as they break.That way,all of a sudden ,you don't have 15 things broken.Not only is it easier work,it's also easier on your wallet.Just my oppinion of doing things.Pollack Pete
