WOW!!! Thanks DaveAR, You saved my sanity. The tip you gave about using a schedule 40 coupler to resurface a Rockwell sander grinder was absolutely great. I have one of these magnificent little machines, and about two years ago I retired it because that same idler pulley acted more like a hand grenade and self- destructed. I haven't been able to find another, but thanks to your tip the old girl is up and running again, and probably at a fraction of the cost of ordering a replacement part, (even if you could find one) Thanks again, Doug W
