Hi Mike & Rod, Yes that is true but our average tempature is about 70*f this time of the year. I could also be hyper sensitive to my suppliers product as I've seen his refilling manifold. But the gauge don't lie :) My B-I-L works for NCG in Denver and every winter they get near full Acetylene cylinders in as empty cyl. as the cold causes a near empty pressure drop in winter. T_Bone
