Here is the status on these items. There are now no practical limitations on how many photos you can upload in a post, though a post can't be over 6000 characters and so, if you have so many jpg urls that it exceeds that, it will exceed the post size and fail.
The other issue of being able to list and upload them all at once is possible. Unfortunately, the programming language that allows this is only available on Modern View, so I'll have to put this in there first. After that is working, I will try to get the language we use on the Classic View server to work the same way.
If I can get this working, I'll apply it to the Project Journals and possibly the Tractorshed photo uploads.
