Thanks to all who have reported issues on the site. On the heels of the change over two weeks back, we had two unrelated server crashes of different servers. It all told has been a wild ride for a couple of weeks.
As of now, both the mail server and the main classic view server seem to be up and running correctly (though there will be some more changes). It was just this morning that threads began to work again between classic and modern. I don't think I will be able to recover the threads that are shown on one side but not the other.
Later yesterday, in the process of trying to sort this stuff out, I discovered that yet another unrelated system, had been out of space for some time. This was causing occasionally network errors to all of our servers. That should make a difference in the reliability of page views because this was our firewall.
I'll be looking for more issues, but for now things appear to be working.
