Yes we are. Lower sulphur and higher price. The truck manufacturers (18 wheelers) are expecting their sales to go way down because of the lower emissions that are forced on them. The trucking companys are buying trucks now because the MPG is going to go way down and the fuel price is going up. Part of the high price now is because they are already making the new fuel in hopes of flushing their storage tanks out so they don't have to pay to clean them for the 07 inspection.
