Cliff, it will pull without the high Rpms It has a governor and yes it will run with the best of them at 3,6 or 12 mph classes. I know you are a Natpa guy but there are a lot of tractors out there that can pull with or stomp the best Natpa tractors. Everybody can be beat. These guys choose not to pull with that organization. From my point of view Natpa is more suited to northern-Midwestern region pullers for logistics.not everyone wants to spend 10 or 20,000 for an engine to run 3.5 mph class that the engine has to "look" stock in.
