just remember at 1200 rpm's the engine is under the rated rpm's for that engine at 1390 or above a sharp lawyer could exploit that fact, as for multiplying centrifical force doubling the rpm's quadruples it so if the formula holds true at 4500 it would be almost 16 times the force, if anyone wants to discuss the issues I had to overcome building a 4 5/8x6.5 I am always willing to talk but if someone wants to build a spinner please call someone else
