Get a trans-blanket, steel flywheel and aftermarket clutch and pressure plate (SFI recommended) and maybe a set of tie bars to tie the engine and rear end together. The engine's internal parts are a lot less likely to hurt/kill someone than if any portion of the flywheel assembly comes apart. 4500 rpm is roughly three times stock or nine times the stress the flywheel was designed for.
