id use the cam thats in your 560, or the combine cam. get your truck head rebuilt, n gasket matched ported on the exhaust side. smooth out the intake ports, n under the valves, theres some casting flash that can be removed. you can port a combine head n get good results, but that truck head is a good bolt on power gain.
