Just my opinion, but if I were your friend I wouldn't take the time or money to try and build a div 3 puller from a C. Tell him to pull it farm stock and look for a better tractor to build up. He may have a chance in 3250#, but at 3500# the farmall h's and allis wc's are gonna kill him.
