Come on guys this one is to easy. 4 non-pivoting casters placed to run against an inner bead on each side, spaced front to back to keep rim from toucing. This way you can rotate the rim, painting all the inner rim and the sealing bead all at the same time. Grab rim by drop center and set on 4X6 or 4X8. If ... you get a run, you only need to rotate the rim to help eqilize the run. No rocket science here, even can make adjustable for different size rims.
