Hello Richard, I purchased a 445 Long last fall for $1600 with a Du-al loader. It was in fair condition, had alot of nail, wire and other misc items holding it together. The wiring was burned up and none of the idot lights worked.Have been working on it off and on this past winter. Yes there is a glow plug in the intake manifold and it is $65 from the dealer.I'am lucky that I have dealer only 2 miles from the house. Geensee has a repair manual for it accually a manual for the 360, the dealer informed me that the 445 and the 360 are the same. Repair manual from the dealer is about $200. The tractor seems to be well made, it has power steering, live pto and ground speed pto ( two pto modes). Biggest draw backs are everything is metric except the three point and the parts are costly ie: top link pin is $25. Regular Ford $2 to $3. I should have it up and running in a couple of weeks. The alternator is bad and I am changing over to a GM 10-SI. Let me know what you decide. I live in SW MO. and a fairly decent Ford goes for about $3000 at auction. Good Luck. Roger Miller
