When I lowered the broadcast seeder I do remember it went most of the way down, then there was a strange sound and it went the rest of the way down, now will not raise. I also tried turning the handle under the seat, it makes no difference, can lift the arms with absolutely no resistance. If I have time I am thinking of taking the seat and the top cover off the rear end to see if I can find anything that appears broken?
