Hi, I have a 1974 JCB 2d Mk II digger/backhoe loader, based I believe on a Nuffield tractor, with a Leyland four cylinder 38TD engine. Along with a load of classic Citroen parts (long story)I just bought five new head gaskets which are for the 34TA and 38TA engine. My question is whether they'll fit the TD, or if the engines are completely different. If they are different, anyone want to buy some new head gaskets for the TA or swap for TD items?! PLease email me direct with any info - thanks in advance.
