Mike,I have a hunch that 2150 Oliver in NE is going to sell pretty good.If it was a FWA it would sell even better.I saw a picture of the 2150 on the sale bill and it looked clean.Five years ago I watched a fair 2150 Oliver FWA bring $8,000 on a sale.Tractors of the 60's are getting ready to take off in my opinion.Us guys in our 50's and 60's are wanting tractors like we grew up with and farmed with back in the 1960's.

I myself part time farm 354 acres using (2) 1206 Farmalls and a 1967 Oliver 1950.A D-21 Allis will soon join them and then possibly a 5010 JD,1206 Wheatland, and a G-1000 MM.All these I have and want were my favorite tractors back in the 60's.

If anyone on here goes to the sale with the 2150 on it I hope that they let us know the price it sells for.

Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights. The garden was already sprouting when we hooked up the mid-mount shovel cultivators to the Pony. The seed bed was soft enough that the rear end would spin and slowly work its way to the downhill side of the gardens slight incline. From this, we learned our lesson sinc ... [Read Article]
