First of all what do you have in mind for the engine? Do you have an engine "picked out" If so does it have a build number? Right now the letter U indicates it is an engine build in the UK. This morning I am drawing a blank on the letter A. It in a way is a 4 cylinder version of the 354 and if it is like a 354 there are many variations. Turbo wise there are many internal differences between an engine with turbo and engines with out a turbo in the same displacement in the Perkins line up. I am sure it has been superceeded with the phaser line of Perkins. My 2 cents worth
