The oil pressure fell off to about 10 lbs at half throttle a while back so I dropped the pan tonight. My granddaughter was running it when it was low for about 4 hrs and there is no noticeable rattles coming from the engine. Is there a way I can plumb into the oil gallery to check the main bearings for excessive oil leakage? The guy I bought it from said he was a truck mechanic, but when I dropped the pan, there must have been 2 tubes of gasket blob , with some in the pan and a couple chunks stuck to the pick up screen. Makes me wonder if he threw some shims in before I got there...it was his puller tractor. I haven't pulled any caps yet. Thanks for the advise Larry
