On a 73 with power steering,in that kind of shape,yes,I'd say right in the ballpark. About right on the drawbar too. Sumerix Equipment up in Lachine had a 75 a few yers ago in super nice shape. They were asking $7500 for that one. Make sure you get the brackets that bolt to the rear axle for the drawbar,I don't see them on there in the pictures.
